Refund policy

At LW Sports, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. While we strive to deliver only the best quality products, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless defective/damaged on arrival).

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@lwsports.inwith your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Our team will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a damaged/defective item, in which case LW Sports will bear the cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at care@lwsports.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm the request and share the return shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the product securely and dispatch it as per the given details.
